sorry - i can't accept this patch. basically this now forces the packager to
have (and drag in) directfb for ecore (for evas it's a loadble optional module,
but not so for ecore_evas). directfb engine output is currently broken anyway
and is not up to date, not to mention isn't actually used by any "common"
projects. it is a specialty engine for very special-purpose development (eg
making a media center that uses directfb), and so isn't something we should be
packaging unless it really is 100% optional. enabling it doesn't make it
optional - it literally makes it a requirement.
